On-site work.Your ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily assembly and testing activities to provide a smooth production flowLead production operators on the shopfloor, encouraging a collaborative and high-performance team environmentAssign tasks and manage workforce deployment based on production priorities and capacityMonitor team performance and ensure understanding of daily and weekly production targetsAnalyze main production Measurements (efficiency, productivity, output, and schedule adherence)Support team performance through feedback, and managementManage team dynamics, including conflict resolution and engagement, to maintain a positive working environmentIdentify and escape operational issues, driving problem resolution together with support responsibilitiesBuild daily, weekly, and monthly production plansEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standardsCollaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Supply ChainThe Essentials – You Will HaveMinimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentExperience in assembly or production line operationsExperience People Management, including leading, motivating,



and developing teams in a shopfloor environmentManage team dynamics, provide feedback, and resolve conflictsBasic knowledge of production Measurements (efficiency, productivity, output)Familiarity with manufacturing systems and tools (e.G. SAP, Excel)Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)The Preferred – You Might Also HaveExperience with Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, A3, and root cause analysis)Knowledge of line balancing and production flow optimizationExperience working with Measurement dashboards and data analysis tools (e.G.
