Adecco Italia Spa is looking for a Plant Operator for an important food company's production plant located in Parma. The selected candidate will undergo a dedicated training plan and progressive mentoring by experienced colleagues to learn the methods, procedures, and dynamics of the factory section where they will be assigned. **Activities:** - You will be responsible for operating a production line, ensuring its correct functioning, coordinating a team of production workers, and resolving any problems in the production cycle. - You will be able to work with state-of-the-art systems, applying the most advanced technologies. - You will start the assigned plant with a preventive check of functionality, integrity of performance, and the presence of necessary personnel. - You will carry out production, respecting predefined recipes and times. - You will collect process data to feed reporting. - You will perform the required checks to monitor production, both in terms of quality and quantity. - You will report any non-conformities,
