Lead the Energy Transition with LIVOLTEK!

LIVOLTEK, a global renewable energy company and a member of the Hexing Group, is expanding its Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) business across Italy.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – C&I; with a strong background in solar and energy storage equipment, proven experience in developing distribution channels, and a solid understanding of the Italian C&I; market.

Your Mission

- Develop and execute LIVOLTEK's commercial strategy for the C&I; market across Italy.
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with solar and energy storage distributors and wholesalers.
- Build and expand LIVOLTEK's distribution network in Italy, identifying and onboarding strategic partners with strong access to the C&I; market.
- Develop business opportunities in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) segment through our distribution partners and key accounts.
- Promote LIVOLTEK's portfolio of PV Inverters, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), EV Chargers, and Smart Energy Solutions.
- Work closely with distributors to develop their customer base, increase product penetration, generate new opportunities, and accelerate sales growth.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.
- Collaborate with our technical, product, and marketing teams to support distributors and C&I; opportunities.
- Achieve ambitious sales targets while strengthening LIVOLTEK's presence in the Italian market.

What We're Looking For

✅ Proven B2B sales experience with solar and energy storage equipment, particularly PV inverters and BESS/battery storage solutions.

✅ Direct experience developing and managing distribution channels in Italy.





✅ Demonstrated ability to identify, onboard, develop, and grow distributors and wholesalers.

✅ Strong existing network within the Italian solar and energy storage distribution market.

✅ Experience developing business opportunities within the Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) segment.

✅ Previous experience working for a manufacturer or supplier of solar PV, inverter, battery storage, or related energy technology products is highly desirable.

✅ Solid technical and commercial understanding of PV inverters, energy storage systems, and their C&I; applications.

✅ Proven experience in business development, channel sales, key account management, and commercial negotiations.

✅ Ability to independently develop a market, open new accounts, and convert opportunities into revenue.

✅ Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and strongly results-oriented.

✅ Fluency in Italian and English.

Direct experience with solar/energy storage equipment and distribution channel development is essential for this position.
