We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Retail Excellence Team as Retail Excellence Specialist, within our dynamic Worldwide Sales Department based in Rome.

As an integral member of the Retail Excellence team, you will contribute to the measurement, enrichment and continuous enhancement of Bvlgari’s Client Experience worldwide.

Your Accountabilities Will Include

Client Experience enrichment and orchestration:

- Support the development and coordination of initiatives designed to enhance Bvlgari’s Client Experience worldwide;
- Coordinate with different Departments to help ensure consistency and alignment across Client touchpoints, fostering a coherent and seamless Client journey;
- Support the creation, editing and distribution of materials for markets, including the coordination of translations where needed.

Voice Of The Client (VOC) Program Support And Coordination

- Support the creation of VOC reports, translating Client feedback and data into actionable insights to measure and improve the Client Experience delivered across markets, also leveraging AI tools;
- Organize training initiatives for Store Leaders and the Training community on platform adoption and new features’ integration, resulting in robust tool utilization;
- Favor and ensure platform advancing feature enhancements;
- Ensure seamless coordination with external consultants, stakeholders and LVMH Group;
- Coordinate accesses and maintain up to date directory lists.

Client Experience Observation Program Support And Coordination

- Craft reports to translate data into strategic insights for markets and internal stakeholders;




- Coordinate markets to collect operational information and follow up;
- Plan fieldwork in the WW store network and monitoring;
- Facilitate smooth collaboration with external consultants and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications/Professional Capabilities

- At least 1-3 years in similar positions, with project management and reporting experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office, with Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Good knowledge of Canva
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages would be considered a plus
- Retail Experience would be considered a plus

For new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 30.000. This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.

This role also provides for participation in a premio scheme, at Bvlgari’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance.

In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.

The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) and the supplementary company agreement, as applied by Bvlgari in Italy.
