We work with international brands across Europe, combining recruitment expertise with a very personal, straightforward and entrepreneurial approach.

We’re a small, ambitious team based in Milan and we’re growing.

Now we’re looking for a Business Developer / Recruitment Consultant French Speaking to join us and help develop our presence across France and Europe.

This is not a role for someone who simply wants to manage incoming recruitment projects.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and turning conversations into business and who understands recruitment well enough to manage the searches they develop.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in recruitment, executive search or headhunting





• A strong Business Development mindset and confidence approaching new clients

• An existing network within Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Lifestyle or Hospitality is a strong plus

- Fluent French is essential
- Professional English
- Entrepreneurial, independent and target-driven
- Someone who feels comfortable in a boutique, fast-moving environment

• And one non-negotiable: you need to be a dog lover ? our four-legged girls are very much part of the office team.

You won’t inherit a rigid desk or a fixed way of doing things.

You’ll have the freedom to build your market, develop your own relationships and have a direct impact on the growth of Unicorns Hunter.
