TASKS:

- Development of switching power supplies and power electronics solutions from concept through to production

- Design, simulation and evaluation of high- and low-power electronic circuits, including component selection

- EMC-oriented design, validation and testing to ensure compliance with relevant standards and certification requirements

- Support of products throughout the entire development lifecycle, from initial concept to certification and series production

- Analysis, troubleshooting and optimization of power electronics designs and prototypes

- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across R&D;, engineering, testing and manufacturing

- Participation in international customer and development projects in industries such as railway, automotive, medical, defence and industrial applications

- Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, including design records, test reports and specification

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in power electronics design




- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Power Electronics or a comparable technical field

- Strong knowledge of switching power supplies and power converter topologies

- Experience with high- and low-power electronics and electronic circuit design

- Practical experience in EMC, validation and testing

- Good understanding of relevant electrical and safety standards

- Analytical and solution-oriented approach to technical challenges

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an international team

- Good communication skills in English; Italian is an advantage
