We are searching for a dynamic **F&B; General Manager (Italian National)** for our client in **Doha, Qatar.** **Your main duties will include**: - Responsible for managing all aspects of the F&B; department including the selection, development, and performance management of colleagues, optimizing profits, and increasing sales.
- Manages scheduled shifts ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Manages all operational issues ensuring Standard Operation Procedures are met and value is added to the F&B; objectives as detailed in the F&B; Department Performance Plan.
- Monitors effectiveness of workflow & Sequence of Service during service periods and provides hands-on support as and when required. To action changes when needed.
- Monitors customer satisfaction and response to customer feedback and complaints.
- Implement the marketing activities and record analysis report.
- Implements systems/ measures to control F&B; costs within budget guidelines, minimize wastage and maximize productivity.




- Discuss menus and special requests with the F&B; production in charge
- Train all colleagues in suggestive selling and up-selling techniques to assist in achieving maximum profitability.
- Conducts regular briefings and meetings to ensure all colleagues receive the information necessary to perform their jobs.
- Develops and updates F&B; knowledge of all colleagues on a regular basis and ensures 100% menu competence. **Requirements**: - At least 8 years of relevant work experience in a similar role and capacity; very strong background in Hospitality, F&B;, or Industrial Kitchen
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong experience in leading a team
- Very strong leadership skills, independent, and operations management
