Your responsibilities include: - Drive the team and supervise all operational departments in order to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Provide effective leadership to the hotel team to ensure targets are met and exceeded while maintaining high engagement and motivation.
- Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and results are analyzed regularly to identify opportunities and drive appropriate actions to achieve efficiencies.
- Monitor auditing activities on the hotel to ensure compliance and continuous improvement is achieved.
- Ensures full compliance with Starhotels Service Standards and constantly provides his insights to improve/develop them.
- Develop meaningful and achievable hotel budgets and other short and long term hotel strategic goals. Exceed expectations revealing: - A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.




- Previous experience in the role.
- Substantial background in Food and Beverage or Rooms Division Management. Both would be great!
- Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results.
- Strong leadership skills and an inclusive style.
- Excellent standing and communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
