Main Responsibilities

Competitive Insight and Forecasting of international markets

− Full understanding of performance, forward-looking perspectives on business trends, market dynamics, opportunities and implications for commercial strategies and actions: analyze and combine various pharma datasets and internal sources

CRM implementation and execution at international level

(in collaboration with the International Field Manager)

− Ownership of CRM implementation on the technical and business level (different needs for different users) for Gentili International in collaboration with the General Managers and the external provider

− Ownership of international field force execution monitoring and KPI analysis

Incentive system at international level

(in collaboration with the International Field Manager)

− Set-up of the International incentive system for the field force, defining the annual incentive scheme and the rules

− Tracking and consolidation of the incentive scheme cross-countries

− Support to Country General Managers for the quarterly calculation and execution of the incentive scheme

Analytic support to the COO and to the commercial affiliates

- Ad-hoc analysis integrating internal and external data sources to answer specific business points

Experience & skills

− Economic Degree or Scientific Degree with a strong analytical and quantitative approach

− 3 years of experience in similar roles

− Strong team working attitude:



ability to work cross-functionally and cross-Countries to be instrumental to the Company expansion in Europe

− Communication skills of technical concepts in a simple way taking into account the diversity of user approaches

− Both analytical and synthetic capabilities

− Strong problem-solving approach

− English fluent both written and spoken

Salary band: 40.000€-50.000€ gross
