IMPATIA is looking for a curious, creative, and digitally fluent intern to join our team for a one-year internship, supporting our social media, marketing, and AI-driven communication activities .

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, contemporary culture, and digital storytelling , and eager to explore how AI tools can enhance brand communication, content creation, and strategy.

What you’ll do

- Support the planning and creation of content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and others)
- Assist in content writing and visual storytelling , in line with IMPATIA’s brand identity
- Explore and test AI tools for content creation, image/video editing, analytics, and workflow optimization
- Help manage editorial calendars , campaigns, and launches
- Support marketing activities related to events, fairs, collaborations, and product launches
- Monitor performance and trends to help refine communication strategies

Who we’re looking for

- A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, Design,



Media, or related fields
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and emerging technologies (AI)
- Creative mindset with a good eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling
- Confident with digital tools; familiarity with AI platforms, Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools is a plus
- Good writing skills in English (Italian is a plus)
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
