This role will contribute to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of operational and visual standards across our stores, ensuring consistency, quality, and a customer experience aligned with the Poke House identity.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES1. Definition and monitoring of brand standardsCreation and implementation of guidelines related to:Look & Feel of the stores (interior and exterior)Functional signage for the customer experienceCompany uniforms (consistency with visual identity and hygiene regulations)SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and SOSs (Store Operating Standards) for front and back of houseConducting regular store audits to verify:Cleanliness and orderCompliance with Look & Feel and uniform guidelinesDeveloping corrective action plans with Area Managers and Store Managers2.



Optimization of operational processesIdentifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency while respecting established standardsCollaborating with store teams to implement practical and consistent solutionsMonitoring HACCP and Food Safety software and resolving any issues3. Training and staff developmentOrganizing and conducting training sessions on standards and operating proceduresCollecting feedback through post-training surveysDrafting reports on training session costsCollaborating with Store Managers and Area Managers to identify opportunities for training improvementAnalyzing KPIs and metrics, including:Food delivery performance indicatorsMystery shopper ratings and NPSSupporting Area Managers in managing:5. Marketing and communication supportSupervising the release and correct display of marketing and communication materials in storesCollaborating with the Marketing team to ensure the operational effectiveness of projects6. Special projects and innovationParticipating in research and innovation activities aimed at improving the customer experienceCollaborating with the E-learning team on the implementation of the training xysqume platformOrganizing and managing menu reviews with the Product team and the Brand Standard ManagerREQUIREMENTSExperience in the fast-casual, fast-food, food retail sector, or in managing brand standards and customerexperienceFluent English, both written and spoken – mandatoryFrench language skills are a plusStrong understanding of retail operations and store standardsAbility to operate effectively in dynamic and high-intensity operating environmentsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex projectsExcellent ability to work independently and as part of a teamAvailability for frequent travelSTRONG PLUS5+ years of experience in food retail, with proven experience managing or overseeing more than one storePrevious experience in multi-site operationsExperience working in an international and/or rapidly scaling retail environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
