After growing rapidly in the last few years, we look for ambitious talent to contribute to CYBEX’s success story.Your seat to fill:Lead the end-to-end apparel design process, from concept ideation and seasonal direction through to final product realizationTranslate fashion trends, consumer insights, and CYBEX brand DNA into innovative and commercially relevant collectionsDevelop silhouettes, patterns, color stories, trims, graphics, and other design elements in line with the brand’s creative direction and innovation principlesPartner closely with Product Management, Softgoods Engineering, and Sourcing to ensure design concepts are technically feasible and production-readyLead material selection, innovation, and testing, ensuring fabrics, trims, and constructions support the product’s function, design intent, and overall narrativeBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and mills to identify new materials, technologies, and sustainable solutionsManage design calendars, deliverables,



and key milestones across multiple product categories in close collaboration with Product Management and Project ManagementDrive effective cross-functional collaboration across Design, Product Management, Sourcing, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to ensure successful product development and timely deliveryIdentify and proactively resolve design, material, and production challenges throughout the development processLead ongoing trend, market, consumer, and material research, translating insights into seasonal mood boards, trend analyses, and design conceptsDrive innovation by integrating new technologies, sustainable practices, materials, and forward-thinking design approaches into the product portfolioContinuously improve design processes, tools, and documentation while ensuring design intent is maintained throughout sampling and productionYour stroll to CYBEX:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or related fieldSeveral years of professional experience in apparel design, product creation, or design management within the fashion, sportswear,



or lifestyle industryProven ability to build and manage the design process from ideation through to production readiness within an existing businessStrong understanding of materials, construction, pattern making, and silhouette developmentExcellent knowledge of design and PLM tools (e.G., Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, Photoshop, PLM systems)Demonstrated experience in design project management and cross-functional collaborationDeep awareness of market trends, innovation, and sustainability in apparelStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design intent clearlyFluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plusNote: We highly encourage candidates to include their portfolios with their applications, as it will give us a better understanding of your work and experience.CYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
