- Remotely coordination of Air Dolomiti flights irregularities: cancellations, delays, diversions.
- Support to the airports of the Air Dolomiti network concerning the correct application of all company procedures (Ground Operations Manual).
- Monitoring of extra handling costs in order to implement cost-cutting measures during irregularity handling of Air Dolomiti flights. Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Social skills (teamwork, effective communication)
- Analytic approach and problem solving
- Good IT knowledge (MS Office) xkiyazw
- Be motivated, open-minded, target oriented
- Availability to work shifts
- Willingness to travel frequently for short periods
- Airport customer service and/or ramp dispatcher experience would be considered a plus | |
