About The Role We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team in Milan and play a key role in supporting our financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes.

You’ll work across FP&A; , budgeting , forecasting , reporting , and financial analysis , transforming financial and operational data into clear insights that help shape business decisions and support the growth of a fast-scaling company.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
- Build and maintain financial models covering P&L;, cash flow, scenarios, and business planning
- Monitor and analyze key SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, burn rate, and runway
- Prepare management reporting and contribute to board and investor reporting
- Perform variance analysis and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with Commercial, Product, and Operations teams to support data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to fundraising, due diligence, and strategic finance projects
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and analytical capabilities

What We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A;, corporate finance, consulting, audit, or a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Confidence in building, interpreting, and communicating financial models
- Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Advanced Excel / spreadsheet skills and experience working with large datasets




- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Fluent English
- Based in Milan or willing to relocate

Nice To Have

- Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up
- Exposure to fundraising, investor reporting, or M&A;
- Knowledge of BI tools or ERP systems
- Experience working in international or cross-border finance environments
