/li liCreating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on board /li liMaximising sales by promoting a quality range of products through a variety of in-store events /li liDeveloping detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture /li liExceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as fashion shows and presentations /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liStrong retail background and knowledge of premium or luxury products /li liFrench speaking /li liExcellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills /li liMotivated and driven to achieve sales targets /li liProven ability in showcasing luxury items /li liAdaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment /li liA strong team player who is goal orientated /li /ul h3What You Will Receive /h3 ul liCompetitive salary and target-based commission structure /li liAccommodation and meals on board /li liNecessary visas and seafaring documents to work at sea /li liDedicated in-house bespoke training across sales, product and brand /li liContract role, working and living at sea for up to 6 months at a time, with a 1-2 month break at home between contracts /li /ul h3Your adventure starts here! /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
