Role Description The Director will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the firm’s activities at the Molfetta location in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role involves guiding practice development across core legal areas, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and aligning day-to-day operations with the firm’s values of excellence, integrity, and client-centered advocacy. The Director will oversee case management processes, support senior advocates in prioritizing workload, and promote effective collaboration among legal and administrative staff.

Responsibilities include setting performance standards, monitoring compliance with relevant regulations, managing resources and budgets, and driving continuous improvement in client experience. The Director will also represent the firm in key external relationships, support business development initiatives, and contribute to long-term strategic planning.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience in a law firm or legal services environment, with responsibility for strategy, operations, and team management.




- Strong background in one or more of the firm’s practice areas (e.g., civil, criminal, family, or matrimonial law), with the ability to oversee diverse case portfolios.
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensure clear communication, and manage sensitive matters with discretion.
- Experience in business development, practice growth, or service expansion within professional services or legal practice settings.
- Ability to work collaboratively with advocates and staff, fostering a supportive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in relevant languages; additional language capabilities are an advantage.
- Advanced degree in law or a related field; admission to practice law and prior director or senior management experience are highly desirable.
