Job Purpose

The Trade Marketing Intern, positioned within the Consumer Health Business Unit, reports to the Trade Marketing Manager CHC. The role involves supporting business development through the initiation, harmonization, management, and control of trade channel initiatives. This includes distribution, promotional, and exhibition projects aimed at maximizing the sell-in/sell-out growth of Recordati CHC brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Analysis:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses on the category and brands within the portfolio.
- Review the performance of promotional activities.
- Monitor market dynamics, including potential customer mapping, product evolution, competition/category pricing, distribution evolution, and market shares.




- Analyze sell-out and sell in data with deep dives into sales areas.

- Trade Activities:

- Assist in implementing operational marketing activities.
- Contribute to the execution of promotional initiatives and plans.
- Support communication flow with sales (Area Manager, sales force) to ensure proper implementation of each trade marketing initiative/activity.
- Assist in making presentations for Commercial Meeting and other sales meetings.

Required Skills and Experience

University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree and/or international experience will be considered a plus.

Technical Competencies

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills. Candidates' Excel proficiency will be evaluated during the selection process.

Italian: Native proficiency

English: B2 level
