? We're Hiring | Financial Intelligence Junior Analyst

? Who we are The Supervisory and Financial Information Authority (ASIF) is the Authority of the Holy See and the Vatican City State responsible for:

§ the supervision and regulation of matters relating to the prevention and countering of money laundering, terrorism financing and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (AML/CFT & CPF);

§ the financial intelligence; and

§ the prudential supervision and regulation of entities carrying out financial activities on a professional basis.

? Who we are looking for

We are looking for talented, curious and motivated young professionals who:

§ are passionate about combating financial crime and protecting the public interest and possess strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail;

§ have between one and four years of professional experience in the public sector, the financial sector or consultancy firms, particularly in financial intelligence, AML/CFT & CPF compliance, investigations or financial crime;

§ are native Italian speakers, or possess an equivalent level of fluency, and have a professional command of English;

§ are capable of working independently, taking initiative and managing their responsibilities with a good degree of autonomy;

§ are eager to continuously learn, develop professionally and grow within an international environment;

§ are committed to supporting the mission and institutional values of the Holy See.

? Main duties





As a Financial Intelligence Analyst, you will:

§ collect, process, analyse and disseminate financial intelligence to support the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing;

§ organise, classify and maintain financial information and related statistical data;

§ support senior analysts in international cooperation activities and strategic projects;

§ support senior analysts in the preparation of information exchanges with domestic and foreign counterpart authorities;

§ represent ASIF in national and international meetings, working groups and technical forums;

§ monitor developments in international AML/CFT & CPF standards, emerging risks and typologies.

§ Sound knowledge of international AML/CFT & CPF standards, particularly those relating to Financial Intelligence;
