This role will help architect our inaugural Global HV Learning Center of Expertise. /p /li lipYou will create skill- and role-based learning objectives, assessments, certifications, stories, scenarios, knowledge checks, case studies, interactive activities, scripts, content, and videos adhering to all branded standards, processes, and style-guides. /p /li lipYou will interpret skill matrixes to determine critical knowledge gaps and develop training content. You will create step-by-step guides, best practice and troubleshooting documents, infographics, animations, videos, interactive elements, learning activities, assessments, gamification, and courses while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, compliance, and operational excellence. /p /li lipInterpret content analytics for success and continuous improvement by implementing a plan of improvement to address poor review comments, low ratings and completions. /p /li lipSupport the acceleration of our employees’ learning by creating content that onboards, assesses, and advances skill acquisition and proficiency. /p /li lipLead and track projects that align with goals to ensure on-time and quality completion. /p /li lipDevelop, edit, and maintain content and other documentation that enhance the effectiveness of on-the-job training and inquiry-based (hands on) learning. /p /li lipA bachelor’s degree is required, with a master’s degree preferred in Technology, Science, Technical Writing, or Instructional Design. /p /li /ul h3Your Background /h3 ul lipAdvanced knowledge and in-depth experience in adult micro-learning, skill- and role-based training design, skill mapping, learning levels and learning paths, people-centric, scenario-based, and adaptive learning methodologies.
