Se è protetto/a di possedere le giuste competenze ed esperienze, si candidi oggi stesso.Art DirectorAs Art Director, you will be responsible for shaping and protecting the brand's visual identity across all communication channels.Responsibilities:Ensure all visual communication aligns with the brand vision, values, and business objectives; Oversee allbranded materials across Marketing, PR, Content, and Communications; Maintain consistency of the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints, including digital, print, retail, events, advertising, and product packaging; Develop, implement, and monitor visual guidelines and brand standards; Support theCreative Director in the development of seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, sales catalogues, events, and other key creative projects; Lead the art direction of photo and video shoots, ensuring all creative assets meet the brand's aesthetic and quality standards; Oversee thecreation and evolution of brand identity assets, including logos, packaging, visual guidelines,



and communication materials; Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative communications team, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and stylists; Develop creative concepts through mood boards and storyboards, managing the approval process with all relevant stakeholders; Collaborateclosely with internal creative teams to ensure cohesive and impactful visual storytelling across all channels.Requirements:6–8 years of proven experience in Art Direction within the Fashion & Luxury industry, gained either in an international Fashion House or a creative agency; Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual storytelling, branding, and creative campaign development; Passion forfashion, luxury, lifestyle, contemporary culture, art, and emerging trends; Solid understanding of social media, digital communication, and omnichannel brand experiences; Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite, Capture, and Keynote; Professional fluency in both English and Italian. xysqume Aegis guarantees equal opportunities in accordance with Italian Law 903/77.
