We stay at the forefront of retailing and consistently provide outstanding customer service, culminating in winning the Cruise Retailer of the Year award for 2022 ,2023 and 2025. /ph3What You Will Be Doing /h3ulliLiving and working on a cruise ship (you could be anywhere in the world!) /liliPromotes a variety of Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance products to guests /liliPerforms full makeovers while encouraging guests to try Chanel, purchase the products and use techniques showed in the demonstration /liliProvides advice to guests relating to Chanel product range; according to their needs in terms of skin type, needs and preferences /liliMeets and exceeds Chanel monthly sales target objectives consistently through expert and proven consultative selling skills /liliUnderstands promotional planner and event schedule to drive Chanel product sales and guest traffic /liliDevelops relationships with Chanel team and cruise partner staff to execute events and drive guest traffic to store and Chanel via events /liliAssists with Chanel stock control and inventory management,



including stocking shelves with merchandise, receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock, with an emphasis on asset protection /liliEnsures that presentation of Chanel products is visually appealing and merchandised in a manner that maximizes sales, following brands guidelines /liliCreating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on board /liliMaximising sales by promoting a quality range of beauty and fragrance products through in-store events, live makeovers and seminars /liliDeveloping detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture /liliExceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as seminars and presentations /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3ulliStrong retail background and knowledge of premium beauty products and fragrances (ideally Chanel or similar products) /liliExcellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills /liliMotivated and driven to achieve sales targets /liliProven ability in public speaking and showcasing luxury items /liliAdaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment /liliA strong team player who is goal orientated /li /ulh3What You Will Receive /h3ulliCompetitive salary and target-based commission structure /liliAccommodation and meals on board /liliNecessary visas and seafaring documents to work at sea /liliDedicated in-house bespoke training across sales, product and brand /liliContract role, working and living at sea for up to 6 months at a time, with a 1-2 month break at home between contracts /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
