Maintain comprehensive records and reports as required /li /brliIdentify potential EHS risks within the organization, conduct thorough assessments, and develop and implement risk mitigation plans and contingency measures /li /brliDevelop and oversee EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and partners. Promote EHS awareness and best practices throughout the organization /li /brliLead investigations into EHS incidents, accidents, and near-misses. Implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence and communicate effectively /li /brliDevelop and execute sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, energy efficiency,
