This role involves providing specialized care to patients with cancer or blood disorders while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position requires expertise in oncology and hematology to deliver evidence-based treatment plans.Key Responsibilities:- Assess and diagnose patients with oncology and hematology conditions using clinical guidelines.- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for cancer and blood disorder patients.- Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust treatment as needed based on clinical outcomes.- Collaborate with oncologists, hematologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.- Document patient encounters, treatment progress,
