Instead, you’ll be assisting existing customers exclusively, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our students on their journey to success:
- Assist customers by answering inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Handle last-minute bookings.
- Provide prompt, clear, and helpful responses to all customer questions.
- Ensure customers have a seamless and positive experience with our services.

Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent Dutch speaker (required)
- Work Style: Proven ability to work independently and remotely
- Skills: Strong multitasking skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Flexibility: weekend (12pm to 4pm CEST) and evening (12:30pm to 9pm CEST) to be discussed during interview
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service (1 year preferred but not required).
