Overview In this role you own the full recruitment funnel for Field Sales in Italy, partnering with sales leaders and sourcers to scale the hiring of a performance-driven sales force. You’ll source, screen, and onboard candidates, shaping local campaigns and optimizing the funnel to hit monthly onboarding targets. You’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-market environment and help translate hiring activity into business impact. This position offers exposure to a global, multicultural team and a strong focus on diversity and development.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Field Sales across Italy,



from sourcing to onboarding Conduct structured screening calls and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet onboarding targets Analyze funnel data to identify drop-offs and adjust sourcing/outreach strategies Collaborate with sourcers and sales managers to align on territory needs and local campaigns Share market insights and contribute to team knowledge-sharing to improve hiring performance

Requisiti fondamentali

Experience managing high-volume recruitment end-to-end in fast-paced or sales-driven environments Strong candidate engagement and ability to drive candidates through to close Comfort with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms; solid Boolean/outbound search skills Fluency in English and Italian; strong written and verbal communication Results-oriented mindset with resilience in a high-tempo, target-driven setting strong communication adaptability results-oriented ATS usage (Greenhouse) Boolean search and outbound sourcing sourcing platforms
