The Role: The Director will be the face of our school in Firenze, responsible for the overall success of the branch. This is a crucial leadership role that requires a blend of academic oversight, business acumen, and strong personnel management skills.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the education or service sector.
- Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) – C2 level required.
- Strong teaching/academic background (e.g., TEFL/CELTA certification, teaching experience, or academic management experience is highly desirable).
- Demonstrable commercial and sales skills with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
