In this role, you won’t just be analyzing spreadsheets. You’ll be helping shape how an international business operates behind the scenes.



You’ll work closely with our teams to analyze operational data, improve workflows, support event execution, and identify opportunities to make our processes smarter, faster, and more efficient.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in operations, business analytics, process improvement, and project execution while working alongside a fast-paced, international team. Responsibilities:

- Operations Optimizer: Analyze operational data, workflows, and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
- Data Storyteller: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance trackers that turn operational data into clear, actionable insights for the team.
- Process Innovator: Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes, improve workflows, and introduce more efficient ways of working.
- Event Operations Partner: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support event logistics, operational planning, and the successful execution of international business events.
- KPI Driver: Monitor key performance indicators and help teams understand what the numbers are telling us, where we are performing well, and where there is room to improve.
- Automation Explorer: Support system upgrades, automation initiatives,



and process improvements designed to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
- Cost Conscious: Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and support initiatives that improve efficiency without compromising quality.
- Project Contributor: Participate in project planning and execution, helping move operational initiatives from ideas into action.
- Quality & Compliance Support: Help ensure that operational processes are aligned with company policies, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a natural curiosity for understanding how things work and how they can be improved.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with experience using data visualization or reporting tools considered an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with different teams across the organization.
- Interest in business operations, event management, process improvement, analytics, and international business strategy.
- Previous experience in operations, project management, data analysis, or event coordination is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €1,500.00 - €2,000.00 per month
