Role and responsibilities
Within our cleanroom factories, Assembler Technicians work in different areas, such as precision module assembly, system integration, testing, and qualification. You only need to apply once. During the selection process, we will match you to the team that best fits your skills, experience, and technical strengths.

Depending on your team, you will:

- Assemble, connect, and align mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic components.
- Work from technical drawings and detailed work instructions.
- Measure and test parts and systems.
- Investigate technical issues and solve problems.
- Record work, test results, and issues in digital systems.
- Work according to strict quality, safety and cleanroom procedures.

Education and experience
We welcome technicians from a wide range of technical backgrounds. Experience in the semiconductor industry is not required. What matters most is your practical technical skills, experience, and willingness to learn.

Next to that, you have:

- A vocational/practical qualification (Istituti Tecnici / IeFP)) in a technical field such as mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automotive technology or a related discipline.




- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical or mechatronic systems, machines, or technical equipment.
- Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
- Experience with measurements, diagnostics, testing, or troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate in English in a technical work environment.
- Basic confidence using digital tools, production systems, and computer-based work instructions.
- Willingness to work on a two-shift schedule

Practical information
This Assembler Technician position is based in Veldhoven, the Netherlands.

You will work in a two-shift schedule:

- Early shift: 06:30 – 15:30
- Late shift: 15:00 – 00:00

You will work one weekend each month. Working shifts can affect your daily routine and sleeping patterns. At the same time, shift work gives you more free time during the day. You can use this time for hobbies, friends, or family. You will receive an extra allowance for working shifts.

For this position, the expected fixed annual salary is between €47,500 and €53,500. This amount includes holiday allowance and a 13th-month payment and is based on a full-time contract. Profit sharing will come on top of the fixed annual salary. Because this is a shift position, you will receive a shift allowance on top of your salary. Your final salary will depend on factors such as your skills, education, work experience, certifications, and performance during the selection process.
