We are looking for a Time Critical / NFO Operations Executive with hands-on experience in urgent air freight shipments.

This role is fully operational and requires the ability to work under pressure, manage Next Flight Out (NFO) shipments, and coordinate closely with airlines, airports, and global partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage Time Critical / Next Flight Out (NFO) shipments end-to-end
- Flight monitoring and rebooking in case of disruptions
- Coordination with airlines, handling agents, and overseas partners
- Real-time shipment tracking and status updates
- Handling urgent escalations and tight deadlines
- Working in a 24/7 operational environment (shift-based if required)
- Ensuring SOP compliance and operational accuracy

REQUIREMENTS

- 1–3 years experience in:
- Time Critical logistics




- NFO / urgent air freight
- Air cargo operations
- Strong understanding of airline operations and flight schedules
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Used to working under pressure and with urgent deadlines
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with night shifts / time-critical operations
