Senior Client Advisor – Luxury Fashion | Rome

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a prestigious luxury fashion house to identify an experienced Senior Client Advisor for its boutique located in Piazza di Spagna, Rome.

This is an exciting opportunity for an established luxury sales professional who is passionate about fashion, clienteling, and delivering an exceptional level of service to an international and discerning clientele.

The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial awareness with a sophisticated, personalized approach to client relationships, contributing to the boutique's continued success in one of Rome's most prestigious luxury retail destinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of local, international, VIP, and high-net-worth clients, driving repeat business through consistent and personalized outreach.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through relationship selling, appointment-based business, cross-selling, and client development.
- Deliver an elevated luxury experience, offering personalized styling and product recommendations tailored to each client's preferences and lifestyle.
- Proactively utilize CRM and clienteling tools to identify sales opportunities, schedule appointments, and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Develop new business while maximizing existing client potential through private appointments, events, collection launches, and targeted outreach.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and brand storytelling, confidently representing the Maison's heritage, craftsmanship, and collections.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative boutique environment, supporting colleagues and sharing best practices when appropriate.




- Partner closely with boutique management and the wider team to achieve commercial objectives and maintain the highest standards of luxury service.
- Stay informed about local and international client trends and opportunities to further develop the boutique's business.

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably within an established international luxury Maison.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding individual sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and retain a meaningful client book and generate repeat business.
- Strong CRM and clienteling experience, with a proactive approach to client outreach and appointments.
- Comfortable working with high-value transactions and discerning clientele.
- Polished, confident, relationship-driven, and commercially minded.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills.
- Fluent Italian and English; additional languages are considered a plus.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

- Annual Gross Salary: Up to €38,000, depending on experience.
