Senior Incentive & Meeting Organizer

Locations: Rome & Milan

We are looking for a Senior Incentive & Meeting Organizer to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and providing expert advice for exclusive, tailor-made incentives, meetings, and conferences both within Italy and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the planning and management of global incentive programs and events, from the initial planning phase and site inspections to on-site management and post-event reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and maintain a positive attitude in all situations.
- Manage logistical aspects of events and incentives with precision and attention to detail.




- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Take the initiative and demonstrate ambition in driving business results.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote events and incentives.
- Utilize digital platforms effectively for event coordination and communication.
- Manage both independent tasks and team responsibilities while remaining stress-resistant.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and environments.
- Minimum age requirement: 25 years.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English and Italian (both written and spoken) Dutch or Spanish is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in the travel and incentive industry.
- Experience in event logistics and team management.
- Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box.
- Experience in a managerial or leadership role is a plus.
