The Opportunity

We are partnering with a prestigious Italian luxury fashion house to identify an experienced Client Advisor for its Milan boutique.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate luxury retail professional who enjoys building meaningful client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and representing a brand renowned for its craftsmanship and timeless elegance.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a personalized luxury experience to local and international clientele.
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through relationship selling and clienteling.
- Develop and maintain a loyal client portfolio, utilizing CRM tools and proactive outreach.
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice.
- Collaborate with the boutique team to achieve commercial objectives and maintain high service standards.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in luxury or premium fashion retail.
- Fluent Russian, English and Italian.




- Proven sales track record and strong clienteling skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Polished appearance, proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
