WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead daily room inspections and ensure all guestrooms, suites and public areas meet W Rome's luxury standards.
- Coordinate room assignments and cleaning priorities to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Partner closely with Front Office, Engineering and Laundry to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel.
- Monitor room status, resolve discrepancies and communicate updates to relevant departments.
- Support the Housekeeping leadership team in the daily management of the department.
- Ensure all service, cleanliness, safety and brand standards are consistently achieved.
- Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism, urgency and genuine care.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspire, support and develop a team of Room Attendants and Housekeeping Team Members.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and performance coaching.
- Promote a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
- Lead by example through visibility, accountability and hands-on operational support.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration across all hotel departments.

You are energetic, organized and passionate about hospitality. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an exceptional eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent.




- Previous Housekeeping experience within a luxury hotel environment.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
- English proficiency; Italian is an advantage.
