We are expanding our On Board Courier (OBC) / Time Critical Operations team in Italy.

This is a purely operational role focused on hand-carry shipments.

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing OBC movements and time-critical shipments in close contact with airlines, couriers, and international partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordination and management of On Board Courier (OBC) shipments
- Flight monitoring, booking, and rebooking when required
- Direct coordination with airlines, airports, and ground handling agents
- Supporting OBC couriers before, during, and after flights
- Managing urgent escalations and last-minute changes
- Providing real-time updates to internal teams and partners
- Working in a high-pressure, 24/7 operational environment
- On Board Courier (OBC)

- Strong understanding of airline schedules
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent situations
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Flexible mindset for time-critical operations (including off-hours if required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to €26,000.00 per year
