The result is a new way of embracing risk that drives superior results. /p pPrincipal responsibilities /p ul liAct as an advisor to Client Relationship Directors on risk finance and strategy matters /li liSignificant contribution to the development of new revenue for Risk Analytics /li liPreparing material for and representing WTW in client meetings /li liReview client data and conduct exploratory data analysis /li liDevelop and engage with clients at both Board and operational levels on their strategic risk management and risk financing strategic objectives /li liDevelopment of risk financing options that meet client objectives and constraints to reduce financing costs and improve coverage /li liAssist senior risk consultants on Loss Prevention activities on higher hazard risk sites. /li liAssist with the development of RFP proposals and client engagement proposals /li liThe ability to travel on an “as needed” basis if required /li liMaintain a comprehensive audit trail for all analytical work /li liContribute to the development of new products /li liContribute to process improvement /li /ul pThe above list is intended to be as accurate a reflection of the role as possible. it may be revised from time to time if different tasks commensurate with the role or level of responsibility are needed to be performed and/or when circumstances change. /p pLearning Objectives /p ul liModel, quantify, and value insurable risks faced by corporate clients /li liManage routine and moderately complex projects /li liIdentify appropriate probability models for future risk /li liConsolidate the basics principles and learn advanced principles of fire loss prevention /li liPerform risk assessments on low hazard risk sites to identify exposures and develop recommendations to reduce or eliminate the risks through site surveys /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbThe Requirements /b /p ul liMaster’s degree in management engineering / economics or equivalent technical degree /li liWillingness to travel up to 50% of the time /li liIntellectual curiosity to deliver insightful analysis to tight deadlines /li liProficiency in MS Office /li liFluent spoken and written English Level C1 /li liAdvanced computer modelling skills /li liExcellent communications skills /li liCandidates with a background in strategic consultancy will be favorably considered. /li /ul pCompensation /p pBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of local pay transparency legislation.



/p pThe base salary compensation range being offered for this role is €30,000 - €46,000. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive target premio of 7.5%. /p pThe applicable classification level for this role is intended to be Level 2 of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Commercio) but the scope of the role may change depending on available candidates’ qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
