Partner with the best As Manufacturing Specialist - Manuf Eng Specialist you will be part of the Assembly and Testing Custom Cell Manufacturing Engineering team, and you will be responsible to: /pulliDesign and develop assembly and testing routings for centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, turbo expander and new products for energy transitions ; /liliSupport operations to ensure technical alignment with the routing design and quality and HSE requirements; /liliBe involved in the non-conformity management process, giving support on technical side (ENG and quality control interface); /liliDevelop digital tools and processes to improve MFG ENG design and management; /liliLink information between different departments to ensure smooth and synchronized execution; /liliImplement improvements and corrective actions on Fixtures; /liliAnalyze operator’s feedbacks and new ideas, to identify improvement opportunities; /liliLead and coordinate Continuous Improvement cell path , with particular attention to the principal KPI. /li /ulpFuel your passion /ppTo be successful in this role you will: /pulliHave a Bachelor's in a technical field from an accredited University (Mechanical Engineering) or a High School Diploma (Mechanical Diploma) with a strong experience in a manufacturing environment related to product and process engineering.
