ppOur headquarter in Carpi, Modena (Italy) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Controller for our brands of Orbico SportStyle (Champion, Game 7, Dockers). /p pThe ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, be goal-driven, and demonstrate a proactive attitude, with a readiness to contribute to growth and deliver meaningful impact. /p h3CORE RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liOversee forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities to facilitate informed strategic and operational decisions. /li liOversee monthly closing procedures, evaluate financial performance, and investigate variances from budgets and forecasts. /li liConduct comprehensive analyses of brand profitability to pinpoint opportunities for growth and margin enhancement. /li liPerform market and competitor evaluations to inform business strategy and detect emerging trends. /li liSupervise inventory levels to ensure effective stock management and consistency with sales forecasts. /li liDevelop thorough analyses of balance sheet movements to promote financial transparency and support management reporting. /li /ul h3EXPERIENCE SKILLS /h3 ul liDemonstrated expertise in analyzing large datasets and deriving actionable insights. /li liComprehensive understanding of accounting principles, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow structures. /li liProven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and complex matrixed teams. /li liAdaptable to high-pressure and fast-paced work environments. /li liAdvanced competency in Microsoft Office applications, with particular emphasis on Excel. /li liFluent in English.
