Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026. /ph3About the Role /h3pWe are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Engineering and RD department, managing projects from concept to completion, and building industry-leading solutions for our customers. /ppAs a Software Engineer, you will: /pulliDesign automation software solutions for controls of automated machinery lines; /liliCollaborate with mechanical engineering dept. and RD dept with a focus on software design and mechatronics, performing functional analysis on machines, based on customer's URS and on new machinery technical specifications; /liliDevelop software for the entire machine life cycle, including design, development, production, and maintenance, ensuring software compliance with customer's requirements; /liliExecute simulations, debug,



and testing machines, both before machine installation and at customers' sites; /liliDraft relevant technical documentation. /li /ulh3What You Need to Be Successful /h3ulliYou have at least 5 Years of experience in a similar position /liliYou have a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Automation/ Electrical/ Computer Engineering or related fields /liliSolid experience in motion control and the development of complex industrial machinery or equipment. /liliExperience with Schneider PLC programming is required. Exposure to Rockwell and/or Beckhoff is a plus, with opportunities to develop expertise in these platforms over time. /liliYou will have the opportunity to work on applications related to Digitalization and Industrial IoT (IIoT) environments. /liliYou are organized and detail oriented /liliYou are a team player /liliYou are focused on innovation and curious about innovative solutions /liliYou are availabile to travel upon request /liliYou are fluent in English /li /ulh3Our Offer /h3pCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 44,400, in line with experience.
