SYS-DAT Group is one of the leading providers of IT solutions for businesses.To expand its internal operations, VERSYA—a SYS-DAT Group company based in Carpi — is seeking:BUSINESS CONSULTANTThe selected candidate will join the consulting department and will be responsible forLiabilitySpecialized Consulting: Provide second-level implementation consulting to resolve issues and optimize the client’s business processes through the use of ERP software.Requirements Analysis: Gather and analyze customer requests to understand their needs and define the most appropriate solutions.Incident Management: Take charge of and manage reports of software issues, coordinating activities until they are fully resolved.User Training: Organize and conduct training sessions for customers on how to use new modules or implemented features.Functional testing:
