Our work has direct relevance for regenerative medicine, and is carried out in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment bringing together biologists, clinicians, and bioinformaticians. We offer a supportive and intellectually stimulating setting for scientists eager to contribute to fundamental discoveries in stem cell biology.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform experiments using primary tissue and cells across multiple platforms, including molecular biology, multi-colour flow cytometry, single-cell genomics, and histologyPrepare single-cell multiome libraries, coordinate sequencing, and conduct flow cytometry-based cell sortingWrite and maintain detailed, reproducible experimental protocolsTrain and mentor new lab members in core techniquesEstablish new methodologies in the lab by adapting and optimising published protocolsCollaborate closely with biologists, clinicians, and bioinformaticians within and outside the group to advance shared scientific goalsCandidate ProfileYou have a strong scientific background in cell and molecular biology and can demonstrate critical thinking and independent problem-solving in these areas. Employment will be in accordance with the provisions of the collective agreement between the Danish Ministry of Finance and AC (the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations). The monthly salary will be based on the number of years of work experience (seniority) with the possibility to negotiate a salary supplement based on prior experiences and qualifications.
