The position supports the development of a more data-driven and performance-oriented operating model through robust analysis, reporting and business partnering. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPartner with Operations Leadership to monitor and improve operational performance. /liliAnalyse production processes, operational flows and efficiency improvement opportunities. /liliDevelop and maintain operational KPIs, productivity metrics and performance dashboards. /liliAnalyse labour productivity, workforce utilization, working hours and operational cost drivers. /liliSupport production planning through capacity analysis and operational performance insights. /liliMonitor production, warehouse and logistics costs, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting cost control initiatives. /liliSupport implementation of reporting tools, dashboards and performance management routines. /liliWork with IT and business functions to improve data quality, reporting processes and analytical capabilities. /liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects. /liliPromote a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making and performance management across operations. /liliContribute to the implementation of new processes, systems and operational control models.
