ph3Job Title /h3 pIndustrial Logistics Specialist /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and manage the client portfolio through scouting, networking, and the consolidation of existing relationships. /li liIdentify new business opportunities in the industrial, logistics, and data center markets through market analysis and proactive client engagement. /li liManage the full brokerage process, from service presentation to negotiation and transaction completion. /li liPrepare commercial proposals and contractual documentation aimed at securing exclusive marketing mandates. /li liProduce reports and presentation materials for clients and investors, both in Italian and English. /li liCoordinate property inspections and act as a point of contact for landlords, developers, and tenants. /li liCollaborate with the Research team to gather and analyze market data and support the preparation of sector reports. /li liParticipate in sector events and marketing initiatives to strengthen the positioning of both the brand and the team. /li /ul h3Skills and Experience /h3 ul liExperience in Real Estate market, a focus on the industrial and logistics sector is preferred. /li liClient focused and results driven mindset. /li liExcellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. /li liAbility to work collaboratively within a team and independently manage projects. /li liFluent in English, spoken and written. /li liGood knowledge of the Real Estate market and key trends in the industrial, logistics, and data center sectors. /li liProactivity, determination and flexibility, with an aptitude for working in dynamic environments. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Additional Requirements /h3 ul liExpert in IT tools (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, data management platforms). /li liReal Estate Agent License preferred, but not essential at entry. /li liDriving license (Category B) and willingness to travel.
