ppBU – Transcatheter Mitral Tricuspid Therapies: The Field Clinical Specialist for Transcatheter Mitral Tricuspid Therapies will provide education on all aspects of the device, device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques related to equipment, tools and products required for implants. The candidate will join a fast-paced, dynamic team within Edwards' Lifesciences, and the individual will play a pivotal role in the implementation of TTVR therapies. Candidate must be based in North Italy, preferably in Milan. /ph3What you will make an impact /h3pEducate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and hospital staff on all aspects of technical matters related to products and procedures including imaging through conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service structured education programs on one technology. Evaluation of pre- and post-procedural valvular regurgitation and pressure gradients to evaluate procedural outcome. Education of internal and external stakeholders on mitral- and tricuspid disease evaluation and screening for TMTT procedures. Evaluation of echocardiographic imaging (2D, 3D, Doppler, M-Mode, etc.) for the purposes of patient selection and procedure support. /ph3What you will need /h3ulliBachelor's Degree or Equivalent in technical field /lili5 years of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience /liliAn effective candidate must have hands-on skills with proven ability to apply technical knowledge and judgment to complex anatomical implant procedures. /liliTechnical proficiency specific to echocardiography and interventional cardiology is strongly preferred. /liliProficiency in operating echocardiographic equipment (TEE, TTE, ICE) and analyzing echocardiographic images is strongly preferred. /liliStrong aptitude for cardiac anatomy and physiology. /liliExperience working in cardiac Cath lab and/or operation room /liliHighly effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary - this position will require close collaboration with internal as well as external physician partners. /liliComputer proficiency, especially MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint is preferred /liliMust be proactive and creative in identifying and solving problems. /liliRequires a high-energy individual who has excellent teamwork and communication skills. /liliEnjoys working in a changing, fast paced environment. /liliAbility to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving. /li /ulh3Language skills /h3pFluent English is a must have /ppFor Italy, the base pay range for this position is 48 000 € to 68 000 € (highly experienced), in line with the applicable National Collective Agreement (CCNL Industria Chimico Farmaceutico).
