Within the Electronics Business Area, we are looking for a Bid Manager for our Rome Tiburtina km 12.400 office.

The person will be responsible for the following activities:

- In collaboration with the LoB Sales Manager, supports the Bid/NoBid decision (Gate Review);
- Is responsible for the preparation and achievement of the Bid Plan;
- Reviews the offer documentation, ensuring the competitiveness and quality of the documentation;
- Evaluates the offer economics, identifying the trade-off between costs and “Price to Win”;
- Produces the necessary internal documentation for internal approval to submit the offer,



and presents it in the Tender VET meetings in collaboration with the LoB Sales Manager;
- Convenes the LoB and Business Area Tender VET meetings in coordination with the LoB/Business Area Governance;
- Manages the budget for offer preparation activities;
- Collects the status and results of offers and produces the relevant reports.

Educational Qualifications:

- Master's Degree, preferably in STEM fields.

Seniority:

- Junior: 1-3 years of experience.

Technical knowledge and skills:

- Good basic preparation aimed at the correct management and understanding of technical and economic topics;
- Knowledge of Project Management and Bid/Sales Management principles.

Behavioral skills:

- Proactivity;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Aptitude for problem solving and synthesis;
- Flexibility

Language skills:

- Good knowledge of the English language (B2)

Computer skills:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
- Knowledge of SAP

How does the selection process work?
