Descrizione azienda Non aspetti a candidarsi dopo aver letto questa descrizione: per questa possibilità è previsto un elevato volume di candidature.Posizione Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and monitor the financial, commercial and operational performance of a portfolio of Retail Real Estate assets; Support the preparation and analysis of Business Plans, budgets and forecasts; Prepare and coordinate periodic management and performance reporting; Monitor asset performance against agreed targets and identify key trends and areas for improvement; Support financial analysis related to leasing activity, investment initiatives and value enhancement projects; Analyse key financial and operational data to support asset management and investment decisions; Monitor investment activities and support the analysis of project performance; Contribute to portfolio analysis, benchmarking and performance assessment; Support the preparation of financial analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders; Coordinate information flows and interact with internal teams, external advisors and operational partners; Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, analysis and performance monitoring tools.Requisiti ProfileA degree in Finance, Economics, Business,
