The role is based inb Turin /b with availability for business travel across Italy.The SITE SUPERVISOR is the key figure responsible for organizing, managing, and operationally coordinating a construction site, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, project specifications, and above all, safety and environmental regulations. And that’s where you come in. /p pbAccountabilities /b /p ul libPlanning and Organization /bResponsible for site setup, workflow planning, process management, weekly, monthly, and quarterly scheduling,



allocation of equipment and machinery, and reporting. /li libCoordination /bSupervises personnel and subcontractors, ensuring integration and safety. /li libSafety (Legislative Decree 81/08) /bEnsures compliance with the Safety and Coordination Plan (PSC) and the Operational Safety Plan (POS) by all companies, monitors the use of safety devices, and implements preventive measures. Acts as an interface with the Safety Coordinator (CSE). /li libTechnical and Contractual Management /bLiaises with the Site Manager, monitors execution according to project specifications, manages relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, prepares schedules and reports, and oversees work accounting. /li libQuality and Environment /bEnsures compliance with quality standards and environmental regulations by all companies, monitoring adherence to current legislation. /li libResource and Equipment Management /bControls materials (procurement and receipt), manages human resources and contractors, and optimizes the use of available resources and equipment. /li libProblem Solving /bIdentifies and promptly addresses technical, operational, or logistical issues to prevent delays. /li libWork Progress Certification /bResponsible for accounting progress and authorizing monthly work progress statements (SAL).



/li /ul pbRequired Skills / Knowledge /b /p ul liProven experience in site supervision, ideally in signalling, infrastructure, or construction environments. /li liStrong knowledge of safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08). /li liExperience managing contractors and subcontractors. /li liAbility to read and understand technical documentation and project specifications. /li liAvailability for national business travel. /li /ul pbDesired Skills / Knowledge /b /p ul liPrevious experience in the railway sector. /li liFamiliarity with work progress accounting processes (SAL). /li liKnowledge of quality and environmental procedures. /li /ul pbEducation / Qualifications /b /p ul liTechnical diploma or bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Surveying, or equivalent). /li liCertifications related to safety or site management. /li /ul pbLanguages /b /p ul liItalian: Fluent (Required). /li liEnglish: Basic to Intermediate (Preferred). /li /ul pAlla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l’industria metalmeccanica privata e l’installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello C3, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale.
