We are looking for a **BIM **(Building Information Modeling) **Coordinator**. The BIM Coordinator will report directly to the Head of Infrastructure Project Engineering. Major tasks of position are: - definition of the Standards for Ferrero BIM-Design and Execution
- coordination of BIM approach in Ferrero-projects on Group-level **Main Responsibilities**: - Coordination and management of the BIM approach for planning,



organization and implementation of complex worldwide infrastructure projects
- Processing of complex Facility and Utility data, their quantitative analysis and evaluation as well KPI reporting
- Standardize specifications for BIM-Design, BIM execution plan, etc.
- Support of BIM projects in sense of timing, economic data and quality
- Identification and Evaluation of weak points and development of alternative optimization scenarios
- Cooperation and takeover of responsibility on projects in multi-cultural teams with interfaces to all relevant stakeholders
- Pivot and Mentor to local Maintenance-Managers in respect to usage of BIM-Models, training of the tecnicians and maintenance of the BIM-models **Who we are looking for**: - MSc / BSc in Civil, Building or Sustainability Engineering,
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in BIM CoordinatorSpecialist or in similar role,
- Strong 3D visualization capabilities,
- Capabilities to create parametric model,
- Extensive experience in BIM process - creating and updating projects in BIM,
- Teamworking and good communication skills,
- Good organisational skills,
- Availability to international mobility,
- Fluency in English,
