- The shares of the parent company, Davide Campari-Milano S.p.A. have been listed on the Italian Stock Exchange since 2001.**The Role**: - Reporting to the EMEA Procurement Director, the Co-Manufacturing Procurement Manager will be responsible for the operational procurement activities for third party manufacturing, from market and supplier evaluation through to contract award and management, order creation and supplier relationship management.
- He/She will also be required to support and strengthen the vendor management process, data analysis, spend and compliance reporting, and the identification and roll out of new processes and policies.
- More specifically:
- Lead supplier negotiations for contract creation and claims resolving
- Identify new procurement opportunities
- Implement regional supplier relationship management for respective categories in alignment with global category management
- Provide analytical support across the regional and global procurement departments
- Identify and implement process improvements across the region




- Ensure constructive and efficient collaboration with the regional plants
- Execute key procurement projects and support internal clients with procurement expertise
- Support business initiatives such as product innovation
- Drive and support value projects to ensure the best outcome for the Company
- Identify and drive improvements in day to day operations, especially in the PR-PO process
- Champion the use of e-tools for tenders **Skillset & Traits**: - University Degree
- About 10 years of experience in a similar role, within complex organizations
- Strong supplier relationship management and cross-functional project management in a team environment
- Contract strategies and management
- Working knowledge of SAP and e-sourcing systems
- Experience of leading and concluding commercial negotiations
- Experience of legal contract creation and renewal
- Experience from a matrix organisation is desirable
- Fluency in English is a must
- Knowledge of French is required
- Ability to involvee colleagues in decisions that affect their respective areas and creates engagement for changes and new opportunities.
