Required Skills:

Must have

- Fluency in at least one primary language (e.g. Python, Go, TypeScript, Java, Rust) and comfortable reading a second
- Database work: relational schema design, indexing, query tuning, familiarity with at least one non-relational store
- REST API design and consumption
- Version control with Git, including branching strategy and code review etiquette
- Secure coding
- Infrastructure as code and CI/CD automation
- System design: decomposing a problem into services, handling failure modes, reasoning about trade-offs

Nice to have

- Cloud architecture and hands-on cost optimisation (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- MDM and on-prem device management experience
- ISO 27001 and SOC 2 experience: controls, policies, audits, evidence collection
- Active Directory / Entra ID knowledge: structure, trusts, GPOs, replication
- Familiarity with AD attack paths and tooling (Kerberoasting, ADCS abuse, BloodHound)
- Identity and access management, SSO, MFA
- Detection engineering, logging, and monitoring (SIEM, EDR, cloud audit logs)
- Windows internals, endpoint security, or red team experience

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary (from €40,200 to €87,600 + equity, depending on the role and experience. With exceptionally experienced candidates it can go up to €120,000)

The selection process

Every candidate goes through the same process, regardless of seniority.

If you pass our initial screening, you'll be asked to complete a technical exercise. A remote interview with our technical team follows, and the next stage is an on-site interview.
