Join us! /p pWe are looking for an Implementation Specialist Italy who leads the successfulonboarding of our software solutions, either on-site or remotely, ensuring a seamlessimplementation tailored to each client’s operational needs.Reporting directly to the Quality Director, this is a position where you work collaborativelywith Sales and Support teams and with stakeholders, actively participating in theconfiguration and implementation of our software. /p h3Your mission: /h3 ul liDesign and present comprehensive project onboarding plans for each client, basedon contracted modules and specific requirements. /li liGuide clients to complete the required configuration files on time, enabling accuratesystem setup and customization according to their needs. /li liCollaborate closely with new clients to gather requirements for building their liveenvironment and configuring the system to optimize operational workflows. /li liConfigure and calibrate the software solution to reflect each hotel’s operationalprocesses. /li liServe as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation, ensuring clearcommunication and efficient progress. /li liAdvise clients on adapting operational processes to align with our software solution. /li liManage multiple implementations simultaneously, prioritizing strategically to meettimelines. /li liDeliver comprehensive training and support during UAT/testing cycles.



/li liCollaborate with the Sales team during final stages for a smooth client handover. /li liIdentify implementation blockers and opportunities for process improvement. /li liCreate documentation to support client understanding and internal training needs. /li liDevelop deep product knowledge to address customer challenges and questionsduring and after implementation. /li liSupport live installations, ensuring timely issue logging communication, andresolution. /li /ul h3Required qualifications: /h3 ul li2+ years of experience in a similar implementation role /li liStrong hospitality industry background experience with hotel operations or hospitalitytech platforms (PMS, Revenue Management, Channel Managers) preferred /li liIn-depth understanding of hotel operations and a passion for delivering exceptionalcustomer service /li liExcellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills /li liComfortable with technology and quick to grasp new technical concepts /li liKnowledgeable about hotelier’s pain points, hospitality tech trends and competitiveproducts /li liConfident working with IT solutions, SaaS, and cloud-based platforms (no formal ITdegree required) /li liProficient in Microsoft Office applications /li liWillingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time /li liFluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken; Spanish proficiency is highlydesirable. Additional language capabilities are a strong plus. /li liSkilled at explaining system functionalities and benefits clearly, adapting tone anddetail to the audience /li liStrong project management skills,
